This class is perfect for someone who has created their first pair of pants, maybe a PJ pant or a Luna pant, and is ready to take the next step of tackling a partly elastic waistband and a flat front. Danielle will guide you through the process of the sewing steps and small adjustments in necessary. We will not be working out a full fit and will essentially follow the pattern. Please feel free to trace and cut any adjustments you would normally make to the pattern. Such as grading between sizes, lengthening and shortening, etc. If you would like help tackling those kinds of changes email us to book a one-on-one lesson to do that.

Instructor Bio: | Danielle is a self-taught sewer who focuses mostly on making clothing. Danielle is the chaos magic sewer of the group that brings an easy going vibe to sewing. She believes in the power of the seam allowance, smooth transitions, and the three foot rule. Also well versed in techniques of basic garment sewing and knits. |
